Bookings

All our prices are based on a daily rate 6:00 am till 11:00pm. If your booking is not between these hours, night rate may apply. Sundays and Bank Holidays extra charge will apply.

All bookings are subject to availability. Only accept this booked when you have received a confirmation email from our bookings department.

Please allow sufficient time when booking your taxi with S Line Taxis Grantham. On airport and seaport transfers please take into consideration the added time for checking in.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of any reservation must be made by email or telephone giving S Line Taxis Grantham a minimum of 24 hours notice from date and time of the booking.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours will not incur any charge.

For wedding and executive car bookings the deposits are non-refundable and paid balances are non-refundable within 14 days of the booking date.

If you cancel your booking and you have prepaid with a debit or credit card you may incur the transaction charges.

Cancelations made within 24 hours of the booking date and time will incur a cancelation charge of 50% for that leg of the journey.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking date and time will incur a cancellation charge of 100% for that leg of the journey.

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Solo, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

There is a 0% surcharge for all credit and debit card transactions.

General

In accordance with British law, seat belts must me worn at all times.

Consumption of food or alcohol is not permitted.

Passengers are not permitted to smoke or vape in the vehicle.

S Line Taxis Grantham shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays that occur beyond its control.

The driver will decide on day of travel to take the most appropriate route, unless instructed otherwise by the customer.

We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property left in the vehicle or after the hire period.

In the unfortunate event of a breakdown S Line Taxis Grantham cannot be held responsible.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
